I noticed recently just how much there is online about how tough being a mum can be and detailing everyday examples that people you encounter in the outside world would otherwise not have had a clue you had gone through that day. These posts are extremely important and we should write and read them as often as we need to.
On the other side, there seem to be a lot fewer posts detailing everyday personal accounts of what exactly loving being a mum looks like. Most often, I see posts about the tough bits and reassurances at the end that say something like, “…but I wouldn’t change it for anything”.
So, for my guest post on Consult My Baby this week, I wanted to even that up a bit!
